If you’ve never shopped on the Internet before now is a good time to start. Gran Canaria can be very expensive for many things and shopping on the Internet can save you loads of money. Below are our most useful sites.

Ebay
This may seem like a really obvious choice, but if you find something you want to buy in GC and you think it is too expensive you can almost always find it a lot cheaper on ebay (with postage to GC included). To get the best deals use sniper software – this is software that bids for you with 10 seconds to go before the end of the auction preventing you being outbid. Gixen is a good one as it is web based so you don’t have to have your computer on when your item auction ends. As with all ebay purchases before you bid on anything just check the prices on other internet shops because occasionally they are more expensive on ebay.

Play.com
With free postage to GC and superquick delivery Play is our recommendation for all DVDs and books.

CDWOW
If Play doesn’t have what you want have a look at CDWOW, they often have great deals.

Amazon
Another pretty obvious choice but they have second hand books and DVDs and even with postage are sometimes cheaper than Play and CDWOW.
